THE BIBLICAL FOUNDATION FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE
To trust God in difficult situations or through hard circumstances are not always easy, that we have experienced too. Sometimes it might feel like life just hits you, without the opportunity to change it. But yet we believe there is hope in God, and that there is considerably more to gain than what we've understood so far. We believe this makes ALL the difference, and that's why we want to give this to the world.

We have identified a few core values that we base this on:
GOD IS WITH US

"I will never leave you nor forsake you". This powerful and completely crucial promise we find in Hebrews 13:5, and refers to scriptures in the Old Testament. There are many examples from the Bible when this is the one definitive factor for success and victory for whoever dares to trust it. Because of it, Moses could through mighty signs and wonders lead the people out of Egypt (1). The people of Israel could step into the Promise land and win battles that seemed impossible (2). Joseph, the son of Isac, who was sold as a slave to Egypt, could help prevent a great famine all over the country. All of this and much more because the Lord was with him and made all he did to prosper (3). In the same way, we can trust that God is with us.

"... For He himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." So we may boldly say: "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Hebr 13:5-6
GOD IS A GOOD FATHER

When we receive Jesus, we are given the right to become children of God (4), and God is such a great father that never lets us down. He's faithful and loving, and therefore we can boldly approach him and trust he is for us. He encourages us to pray to receive. And when we ask in prayer, we are to believe that we have received it, and it will be ours (5).

"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!" Matt 7:8-11

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD

God is the God of hope, and even if situations can feel hard or discouraging, we can know that nothing is impossible with God (6). But the key is believing. For "..whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Matt 21:22

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7
JESUS HAS COME

Jesus is the son of God, and became unto salvation for everyone who wants to receive him through opening the way for a restored relationship to the Father and eternal life. It is of Jesus it is spoken of already in the promise to Abraham when God calls him in Genesis 12:3; ".. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." Gal 3:16 makes it clear to us that it is the seed of Abraham - which is Jesus, that the promise refers to. Abraham believed God, and in the same way we who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. (Gal 3:9) That means we're blessed through Jesus!

Jesus is the answer and the fulfillment of all God's promises. "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." 2 Cor 1:20a
GOD'S WORD IS TRUTH

The Bible often talks about the importance of believing, and it is through faith taht we receive salvation.
If we are to believe God, we need to believe his Word. And if we are to believe his Word, it can make no difference how our own circumstances or prerequisites look like. Joh 17:17 says that God's word is truth. Therefore, we can boldly put our trust in that everything God has spoken and done is true and available for us.

Sometimes our intellect can get in the way for the word of God, which can happen if for example our own experiences go against what God says. Or if we listen too much to the reasoning of this world, which is built on human wisdom and not on God. Then we need to choose what we believe. In Proverbs 3:5-6 it says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." If we are to apply that verse, we can't let anything that we see, feel or know by experience, trump God and what he says. And it is only by believing that his promises become available to us.
GOD'S SPIRITUAL LAWS ARE IN EFFECT
As a believer, the Spirit of God is alive in us. He teaches us and remind us of all things that Jesus has said to us, and it will always point to the Kingdom of God (9). And the Holy Spirit will exhort and challenge us, for God's will is always for us to trust him and believe more of him.

In this way, the Holy Spirit will exhort us to things according to the Kingdom of God. One example is from 2 Cor where it says; "But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver." 2 Cor 9:6-7

To be a cheerful giver I have to have faith (that God gives me what I need), love (to others) and have died to myself (and thus the love for this world.) When my heart is in that position, then I can know that God's spiritual laws are in effect; that when I sow bountifully, I will also reap bountifully.

Another example Jesus gives us is from Matt 6, where is says not to worry about food, drink or clothing, instead "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Matt 6:33
